This is the 1st time I've been there and I'm impressed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I thought my windshield fluid reservoir had a hole in it again and they could have told me that was true but instead, they found the real problem, fixed it and put fluid in my reservoir. It cost about 60% of what I thought I'd have to pay. Very happy.
I really appreciate that Nathan went the extra mile to get my car back on the road. Going to Hamilton to straighten out a part supply mistake himself was very much appreciated. Thank you
Scott and his team have always been a pleasure to deal with. My whole family uses Scotts shop for all their auto needs. Scott has many yeArs of experience and treats each job like top priority. If the job is not within their realm of work, they will assist you in finding someone who can help. But seems like that is never the case. I honestly can say we have had nothing but positive experiences at New Tech Auto. If you don’t like brutal honesty then the shop is not for you. Sometimes as a customer you need to face the facts and they will help with that. Other than that super happy to have stumbled across Scot and his team many years ago. ??
New Tech has been servicing our family vehicles since we moved here over a year ago. Scott is honest, knowledgeable and to the point. All qualities that I believe are important in a mechanic. I know when my wife or myself take our vehicles in, we aren't going to be taken for a ride which I appreciate. Our last mechanic took it upon himself to go on a treasure hunt at every visit which always cost us way more than expected. With Scott, we know what needs to be done upfront and what it's going to cost. No BS and no wasting our time and money. Would definitely recommend this shop to everyone.
