I was having a car reluctantly starting problem. I called, explained the car’s symptoms, they agreed to look at it; I dropped it off. Little over an hour later they called,,said it was a minor cable to battery needed tightening. When I picked it up shortly after, there was no charge. I will certainly be back, especially when I have a real mechanical issue. They are trustworthy.

I trust Brent and his staff will always tell you what you need and not try to sell you unnecessary repairs. I have had various work done here on my two vehicles including oil changes, check engine services and Krown rust proofing. Highly recommended!

This is an excellent place to go I have moved here from out-of-town.... and then ripped off by Canadian Tire and a few other small automotive shops inside this town which I'm not going to name but there's only three I have a high-end BMW 5 Series that they will work on at regular rates compared to most European shops which the hourly rate is much more I am pleased to say the one time something had happened they took the car back without questioning and repaired the oil pump that had failed the new replacement one did not work correctly which also had failed they immediately brought the car back on a Sunday came in after hours and worked on the vehicle so my wife would have a vehicle to go to work with on Monday they did not have to do this they go above and beyond they drive my wife back home when she doesn't have a way to get back when she drops the vehicle off they are always top-notch on safety and doing inspections I would highly recommend going the to them they're the only place that I will use in Dunnville..... and PS to the guy who wanted to get his safety done with his busted windshield get your windshield fixed stop being so cheap...smh. don't blame your misfortunes on small companies to try to make them break the rules for you....cheep cheep lol...
I had a horrible experience at Clarence. I was ripped off by being over charged. And a year later the part they had put on broke again. It broke again because I found out from another auto shop that Clarence had put on the cheapest part. I will never go back to this place they can't be trusted. And I feel they are ripping people off.
