Disrespectful and Unprofessional We drove 40 minutes to this dealership, seriously interested in buying a car. The lady at reception was very pleasant — she let us test drive one vehicle without any issues or pressure, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, things went downhill the moment Anton got involved. He greeted us with, “What do you do?” — not exactly the warmest or most professional start. When we expressed interest in another vehicle, he didn’t even let us test drive it. Instead, he said, “Sorry, I can’t get you approved because you’re self-employed and haven’t had a full-time job for two years or more.” That was incredibly odd and presumptive, especially considering we hadn’t even started the financing process. We were treated with judgment rather than respect, and the entire interaction felt dismissive and unnecessary. After reading other reviews, it seems like this kind of behavior is not an isolated case.

I bought a car there in June 2022, great experince, Anton was fair and helpful, every step of the way, even now when the battery that was bought from napa died in winter month due to it being defective, he contacted his sales person to fix the problem. Thank you

Bought a car that my daughter used for 8 months. The car wouldn't pass a safety and needed $3,000 in work to pass...after only 8 months of passing previously(??) This included $1,200 in new rocker panels as holes rusted right through both sides and work on brake lines, bushings, muffler, starter, and headlight lenses (that I commented on at the time of purchase and Dave told me that it was OK, and I could purchase new ones...at the time I didn't know that was part of the safety on the vehicle and it shouldn't have passed). Before knowing all this when my daughter no longer needed the vehicle, I called Dave's Auto hoping to sell the vehicle back below book value just to be done with it and no one ever called back...did they suspect something?

TD Auto finance has their terms for lending and unfortunately you’ve only been in business for 4 months at your restaurant resulting in a decline.
