Jay Summers has very friendly staff and work well done they will let you know what they find before going forward with the job which is nice,I would recommend you give them a try
I called for a minor repair, part cost $85. They wanted to charge me upwards of $540 for the work. I decided to not go through with it and when I picked my my car it cost me over $200 for the same diagnostic I had given before delivering the car and my vehicle was dead. Had to use my friends cables to jump it. Bad business, do not recommend.
My power steering line was leaking on a 2010 ford focus. The rubber seal on the line was replaced and the line was reinstalled. No leaks to date. Excellent work.
I can't say enough positive about this shop. I do need to precede this to say that I have never even spoke to any of the gentlemen working there, or stepped foot into the shop itself. Last week my mom drove from London to come visit me in Wainfleet, she just began getting comfortable with the long drive and sure enough on her way here she got a flat tire. In a panic, she didn't know where to go or who to call so she drove to the closest shop; being Jay Summers. She had her dog with her and was so pleased with how friendly everyone was at the shop. They even offered water to her dog to make sure she was taken care of too. The guys worked hard and quick to get her car turned around for her by the following day. They really went above and beyond to turn what could have ruined her day into an overall really positive experience, which was also a huge relief for myself, knowing my mom was in good hands. Thank you guys for being so proactive and for helping my mom out in such short notice!
We have been taking our van to Jay for a couple years now and have always received exceptional service. They are always polite and helpful. The jobs are done quickly and professionally. Recently we inquired whether Jay could help us with a custom change in our RV. He and his crew were not only able to do what we wanted, they did it so it looks like it was right from the factory. We are absolutely thrilled with their service. The best thing about this place is that I completely trust the work they do. I know that of they tell me something needs to be done they aren't just saying it to make money.
