Absolute best mechanic highly recommended to everyone, honest and fair, fast and cheap. I’m so thankful for these mechanics and this shop, I normally buy my parts on Amazon and then they install the part for me with no issues. It’s the best way to go.
This place needs better communication. Made an appointment to get my brakes done last week. Dropped my car off today,got a call saying it would be about 500 for new brakes and rotors, i said ok.got a call hours later saying I need new brakes and rotors....yea that's why I brought it in, was told they don't have the parts to do it. So $80 to tell me something I already knew, why did you have me come in knowing you don't have the parts for a job I said I wanted done. Makes no sense.
Accompanied my daughter, who felt something was wrong with her vehicle. Inspection revealed it was a very serious situation and Lou did not want her driving on the highway (work commute). Despite parts needing to come from out of town, Lou put a rush on the order and also shifted his schedule to allow for a same day repair. Much appreciated, Lou! I was also pleased to see that there were two women employed in the garage.
